Flawless Scrambled Eggs

I haven’t done a food post in a REALLY long time. I thought I should do one for you today.

Scrambled Eggs here we gooooo.

There are so many variations it is impossible to mess up, but among those variations there are only few that you just love a lot. These eggs are super easy to make too!

What you’ll need:

  • Eggs (I made three, but however many you want)
  • Milk
  • Pepper
  • Garlic Powder
  • American cheese (you can use another kind if you want to)
  • Ham

Turn on the stove on to medium heat and spray the pan so that the eggs won’t stick. Let the pan get warm while you are prepping the eggys.

Crack the eggs into a bowl, cut up 2 slices of ham into bite size pieces. I did this by rolling it up and then just cutting them. Rip the cheese into smaller pieces, it doesn’t really matter how you do it since it melts anyway. Then add a splash of milk.  A dash pf garlic powder and pepper and you’re good to go. As you can see, measuring is a thing that doesn’t happen today.

Mix together using a fork. The fork will help to break apart the yolk.

Now you can go ahead and pour the mixture into the pan.

Using a wooden spoon gently move it around the outside of the eggs  mixing it until it is cooked fully.

Serving tip: Make some waffles, english muffins, bagels or even toast and craft a sandwich! I used waffles.  Enjoy!
